Who We Recruit

We recruit across a range of roles, from frontline care through to senior management. Whatever your experience, if you share our commitment to seeing the individual behind the condition, we want to hear from you.

Support Workers

We recruit support workers with a genuine passion for delivering support to individuals with complex, challenging needs, and who really want to make a difference to the people we support.

Our support workers work within our individual services, encouraging and supporting the people we support with all their daily living needs in line with their individual care plan.

Physical tasks include assessing needs, completing daily records, and taking on key domestic duties that ensure a warm and welcoming home environment. What is key is the ability to build and maintain positive relationships, providing support not just practically but also emotionally.

Team Leaders

Our team leaders play a key role within our care teams, motivating our support staff and providing direct support to the people we support.

We know a good team leader gets the best out of their team, so we look for individuals who can share information and ideas, collaborate on tasks and really motivate their team to perform to the best of their abilities.

For team leader roles, we ask for a minimum of 2 years experience in a support worker role, along with the passion and drive to make a difference to our services.

Deputy Home Managers

Our deputy home managers provide direct support to our registered managers in all aspects of running the service and delivering the highest quality care.

They oversee day-to-day running in the absence of the registered manager, and support with staff management including team meetings, supervisions, inductions, and learning and development.

Deputy managers are involved in producing staff rotas, approving and tracking annual leave, and ensuring all regulatory and contractual standards are met and exceeded.

Registered Managers

Our registered managers are fundamental in the delivery of safe, quality care. They oversee every element of our care service, ensuring our person-centred vision is brought to life.

The role spans four areas: running the service, actively supporting the people we support, administration and financial management, and training and development.

We look for individuals who can demonstrate excellent leadership and are dynamic, energised, and resilient, with experience managing residential services for individuals with complex and diverse needs.

Head Office Positions

Our head office in Walsall, West Midlands, provides central support to all of our care services.

With teams across recruitment, IT, finance, quality and compliance, and operational support, we ensure our network of care services has everything required to run a safe and high-quality establishment.
